Required Hours:
Aesthetician: 600 Esthetician School Hours
Cosmetologist: 1600 Cosmetology School Hours
Nail Technician: 600 Nail School Hours

Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 10th grade education or equivalent.

Reciprocity:
Applicants must have at least one year of practice in their field in their state of licensure in the 5 years prior to submitting their reciprocity application. The Board may consider work experience in lieu of training hours at their discretion.

Renewal:
Cosmetology licenses in Arizona are valid until your birthday each year, and they must be renewed annually. To renew your Arizona cosmetology license, the following items are required at the ArizonaBoard of Cosmetology:

- Fee
