The subscriber is providing prior express authorization to receive calls and messages from vendor. EEG agrees to abide by all state and federal communications guidelines.

The subscriber is agreeing to receive mobile service commercial messages sent to his/her wireless device from a particular sender, stating clearly the identity of the business, individual or other entity that will send the message. The subscriber may be charged by his/her wireless provider in connection with receipt of such messages; and that the subscriber may revoke his/her authorization to receive messages at any time.
