The faculty at The Institute of Beauty & Wellness is comprised of skilled instructors who are trained in classic and contemporary techniques. Their experience can allow you to learn several facets of hair, skin and body care.
Programs
Our programs are divided into 3 distinct modules to mark your progress as a student. In the first module, you can learn the fundamentals of your program. When you reach the second module, you will be ready to practice your skills on real clients. The third module is where you can learn real-world strategies and prepare for the career of your dreams.
Cosmetology
Our 1,800-hour Cosmetology program incorporates extensive hands-on learning. Express your creativity and talent in hair, skin and nail care and makeup application.
Esthiology
Our Esthiology curriculum provides 450 hours of skin care training. We emphasize utilizing plant essences and plant-based products in our treatments.
By the time you have successfully completed the last module of the Cosmetology or Esthiology program, you can be ready to take your skill certification examination. You should also possess the knowledge needed to pass the written examination required by The Institute of Beauty & Wellness and the state of Wisconsin for licensure.
Financial Aid
The Institute of Beauty & Wellness offers federal financial aid for those who qualify. In addition, we offer payment plans structured to fit financial needs. Please contact the Admissions department for further information.
Accreditation
The Institute of Beauty and Wellness is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS).
