Our schools are designed to simulate a salon environment for the purpose of beauty education. Equipped with the most modern visual and teaching aids, our schools possess the type of professional equipment utilized by top salons in America.

Upon graduation, students are capable of passing the state licensing exam.

Programs
For over 100 years, Marinello has been training students in the field of cosmetology. A high standard of proficiency and excellence is expected of a Marinello graduate. Our quality curriculum is based on training in a simulated salon atmosphere. Students learn by practice. The Marinello educational system is designed to provide quality training in a safe environment to prepare you for a rewarding career.

Students are trained by performing work in a salon school environment. This teaches industry skills while providing industry knowledge.

Marinello Schools are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences (NACCAS).

Cosmetology
The cosmetology program offers practical training and technical instruction covering all facets of this specialization. Courses include training in courtesy and professional attitude when meeting the public.

Esthetician
This program is for students interested in skin care, and includes technical instruction and practical operations. The esthetician curriculum includes technical instruction by demonstration, lecture and classroom participation. Practical instruction will include actual performance of a complete service by the student on another person.

Manicuring
The manicuring curriculum offers practical training and technical instruction. Classroom instruction will include the science and practice of manicuring.

Teacher Training
Students enrolled in teacher training courses receive technical instruction and practical operations in the art of teaching cosmetology. Technical instruction includes demonstration, lecture and classroom participation. Actual participation and performance by the teacher trainee is required.
